Welcome to Vamos Beach Volleyball. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, services, and features provided by Vamos Beach Volleyball (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Payment Security: We take reasonable care to make our service secure and have implemented certain measures for the security of your personal information. However, we do not control Stripe and cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to Stripe.
Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vamos Beach Volleyball and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vamos Beach Volleyball.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
